SuperStar Karate's Re-breakable PowerStack Boards are one of the most effective training tools for at home practice.
Available in 3 different color-coded resistance levels they help students stay motivated through goal setting as they will want to keep moving up through the different levels when they are successful. At the same time it helps them improve their focus, accuracy, follow through and most importantly... confidence.

We usually recommend students 13 and under should get Green.
